Leads
Your signups table, as a sales pipeline
Plash turns a table in your Supabase or MongoDB database (signups, waitlist, contact form entries) into a lead list. You map which columns hold the email, name, company and phone, and Plash pulls new rows in automatically. Each lead gets a status (new, contacted, qualified, won, lost) and notes.
No exports
New rows arrive on their own, newest first. No CSVs, no Zapier.
Column mapping
Say which column is which, or let Plash guess from the names.
Pipeline status
New, contacted, qualified, won, lost, with notes per lead.
Safe by default
Read-only, and columns that look like passwords, hashes, tokens or keys are never copied.
How it works
Leads from your database in 3 steps
- 1
Pick a table
Any table or collection of a linked Supabase or MongoDB database.
- 2
Map the columns
Email, name, company, phone, and up to ten extra fields.
- 3
Work the list
Filter by status, search, add notes.
Does Plash write to my database?
No. It reads the table newest first and stops at the first row it already has. Statuses and notes live in Plash.
Leads from your database: questions
Which databases can leads come from?
Supabase (Postgres) tables and MongoDB collections.
Will re-syncing overwrite my notes?
No. Contact fields refresh from the table; status and notes are never touched by a sync.
Who can see leads?
Members and above. Only admins can choose which table leads come from.
