Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
No, but every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial of everything in Studio, with no card needed. When it ends, choose Indie or Studio to keep going.
What happens when the trial ends?
The workspace locks until you choose a plan: nothing is fetched and no alerts go out, but nothing is deleted either. Pick Indie or Studio and everything picks up where it stopped.
What’s the difference between Indie and Studio?
Indie covers up to 10 apps and 3 seats with alerts by email and push, custom alert rules and the weekly digest. Studio removes the app and seat limits and adds Slack and Discord alerts and replying to store reviews with AI drafts.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for ten months and get twelve: Indie is $120 a year instead of $144, Studio is $290 instead of $348.
Are plans priced per seat?
No. Every plan is one price per workspace. Indie includes 3 seats; Studio has no limit.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes, any time, from Settings in the web app. Switching moves your subscription to the new plan and credits the unused time; cancelling from the billing portal locks the workspace when the subscription ends. Nothing is deleted.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Apps and teammates above the Indie limits stay, but you can’t add more until you’re under them. Slack and Discord alerts stop while email and push continue.
Can I buy a plan in the mobile app?
No. Plans are bought and managed in the web app; the iOS and Android apps follow whatever plan your workspace is on.
