Google Play Console in your Plash dashboard
Plash connects to Google Play Console and shows its numbers next to your other app tools, starting with crash and ANR rates (28-day, user-weighted), checked against Google Play’s bad-behavior thresholds. Connect it once, link it to any app, and get alerts when something changes.
What you see from Google Play Console
- Crash and ANR rates (28-day, user-weighted), checked against Google Play’s bad-behavior thresholds
- Crash and ANR rate per day, top crash clusters and anomalies
- Reviews and average review rating
- With your reports bucket: installs, uninstalls, active devices and rating history
What Plash reads
Android vitals (crash and ANR rates, top crash clusters, anomalies), reviews, and, with the reports bucket, installs, uninstalls, active devices and rating history. Plash never replies to reviews or changes releases.
- Google’s reviews API requires the "Reply to reviews" permission even just to read reviews. Plash never posts replies.
- New Play Console permissions can take a few minutes (occasionally up to 24 hours) to apply. If connecting says the account has no access, try again later.
- If "Create key" is greyed out, your Google Cloud organization blocks service-account keys (policy iam.disableServiceAccountKeyCreation). Ask your admin, or use a project outside that organization.
