Google Search Console in your Plash dashboard
Plash connects to Google Search Console and shows its numbers next to your other app tools, starting with clicks, impressions, CTR and average position for the last 28 finished days, with change. Connect it once, link it to any app, and get alerts when something changes.
What you see from Google Search Console
- Clicks, impressions, CTR and average position for the last 28 finished days, with change
- Daily trends
- Top, rising, falling, new and lost queries and pages
What Plash reads
Search performance (queries, pages, countries, devices), sitemaps, URL inspection and PageSpeed for the properties you share.
- You can reuse the Google Play service account: enable the Search Console API in the same project and add the same email to your properties.
- Only properties the service account was added to appear. Repeat step 4 for each site, then use "Sync" on the connection.

How to connect Google Search Console
- 1
Enable the Search Console API
In a Google Cloud project, enable the "Google Search Console API".
Open console.cloud.google.com ↗ - 2
Enable the PageSpeed Insights API (optional)
In the same project. Needed for the page speed test; it runs on your project's free quota.
Open console.cloud.google.com ↗ - 3
Create a service account
Google Cloud Console › IAM & Admin › Service accounts › Create service account. Name it "plash". Skip the optional "grant access" steps: it needs no Google Cloud roles.
Open console.cloud.google.com ↗ - 4
Download a JSON key
Open the service account › Keys › Add key › Create new key › JSON. Keep the file safe; you will upload it in the form. Copy the service account email (…@….iam.gserviceaccount.com) for the next step.
- 5
Add the service account to each property
Search Console › pick the property › Settings › Users and permissions › Add user. Paste the service account email and choose "Restricted" (read only) or "Full" (also lets Plash submit and remove sitemaps).
Open search.google.com ↗ - 6
Upload the JSON key in the form
