Revenue

What you made this month, across everything

Plash adds up revenue and MRR from every billing source of every app (Stripe, Polar and Dodo Payments), converts it to the currency most of your money is in using daily European Central Bank rates, and shows the total plus a breakdown by app.

One number

Total revenue for the period and total MRR, with the change against the previous period.

By app

See which app earns what, and which ones run on subscriptions versus one-off sales.

Multi-currency

EUR from Stripe and USD from Polar end up in one currency at that day’s rate. Currencies without a rate are listed, never guessed.

Profit

Add your costs in Expenses and Plash shows revenue minus spend for the same period.

How it works

Combined revenue in 3 steps

  1. 1

    Connect billing

    Stripe, Polar or Dodo Payments.

  2. 2

    Link to apps

Tell Plash which account or product belongs to which app.

  3. 3

    Read the total

Revenue and MRR lead the dashboard, by app underneath.

How does Plash convert currencies?

With the European Central Bank’s daily reference rates, refreshed twice a day. The total is shown in whichever currency most of your revenue is in, so a team paid mostly in INR sees INR.

Does it double count?

Each source is counted once, as that provider reports it: Stripe’s net revenue, Polar’s orders, Dodo’s payments. If two tools track the same payments, link only one of them to the app.

Combined revenue: questions

Which payment providers can Plash combine?

Stripe, Polar and Dodo Payments.

Can Plash show MRR across several billing tools?

Yes. MRR from every subscription source is added up and converted to one currency.

Where do exchange rates come from?

The European Central Bank’s daily reference rates.
