Every store review, one inbox, faster replies

Plash collects Google Play and App Store reviews for all your apps into one inbox, newest first. You can filter to unanswered or 1–2 star reviews, reply without opening either console, and start from an AI-drafted reply that you read and edit before it’s posted.

Both stores

Google Play and App Store Connect reviews side by side, with rating, version and country.

Reply in place

Post the developer reply from Plash. Google Play replies can be edited later.

AI first drafts

A draft in the reviewer’s language that answers what they said, never promises fixes or dates, and never asks for personal data.

Focus filters

Needs a reply, 1–2 stars, or everything; per app or across all apps.

How it works

Review inbox in 3 steps

  1. 1

    Link your stores

Google Play Console and App Store Connect.

  2. 2

    Open Reviews

Unanswered reviews from every app, newest first.

  3. 3

    Draft, edit, send

Start from the AI draft or write your own.

Limits worth knowing

Google Play’s API lists reviews from the last 7 days and caps replies at 350 characters. The App Store allows one developer response per review, around 5,970 characters; editing it is done in App Store Connect.

Review inbox: questions

Can I reply to App Store reviews outside App Store Connect?

Yes. Plash posts your developer response through Apple’s API. Each review takes one response.

Does Plash reply automatically?

No. AI drafts are suggestions; a person reads, edits and sends every reply.

How far back are Google Play reviews shown?

Seven days, which is what Google’s reviews API returns.
